The SiteSearch team collectively carries a breadth of industry knowledge and proficiently manages all of the clients and events who have put their trust in us to administer their travel and housing solutions. A key advantage to working with our staff is our ability to provide quick and efficient responses to you and your customers because every team member has a solid understanding of the status of your account and your event(s).

PRESIDENT

Elizabeth Weimer

Elizabeth created SiteSearch LLC in 2001 to provide service to the meetings industry in the area of hotel selection, contracting and logistics. With more than 15 years in the hospitality industry, including sales and management positions with both Hyatt and Hilton chains and Opryland Hotel in Nashville, Elizabeth’s knowledge of the inner workings of hotels has provided valuable site selection and contracting insight for her clients.

Elizabeth is a past President of the Kentucky Chapter of Meeting Professionals International and has received both the Supplier of the Year and President’s Award from the chapter. She has also received the Certified Meeting Professional designation from the International Convention Liaison Commission.

DIRECTOR OF EVENT MANAGEMENT

Lani Idle

Lani joined the Site Search team in 2007 after four years of Sales and Management positions with the Intercontinental Hotels Group and Choice Hotels. Prior to her hotel experience, Lani majored in Hospitality Management at Sullivan University. Her experience has been invaluable as she negotiates contracts with Hotels on behalf of her clients.

Lani handles both tournament and team travel coordination for several of SiteSearch’s major accounts. Her understanding of hotel logistics and her working knowledge of yield management has provided an invaluable advantage to her clients.

EVENT MANAGER

Mackenzie Thompson-Hamm

Mackenzie joined Site Search after spending four years in the Sales and Marketing department at a premier luxury hotel in downtown Louisville. She holds a writing and marketing degree from Emerson College, Boston, MA where she attended college. A strong believer in exceptional customer service, she is committed to providing clients and their guests an efficient, yet accommodating experience from beginning to end.

Abbie Marquez

Abbie joined the SiteSearch team in 2015 after four years of Operations and Management positions with both the Hilton and Choice hotel chains. In addition to her hotel experience, Abbie received her Bachelor's in Hospitality and Tourism Management at Grand Valley State University in 2013.

Abbie's background in hotel management has given her the ability provide outstanding service to her clients and all tournament guests, while maintaining excellent relationships with all partner hotels.

EVENT MANAGER

Kimberly Ayers

Kimberly became a member of the Site Search team in 2023, bringing with her a rich background in hospitality operations and management. With 12 years of experience at some of Indianapolis's premier hotels, including the JW Marriott, The Marriott, and the Westin, she has been part of the hospitality industry's key events. Notably, she played a significant role in hosting the 2012 Super Bowl and the NCAA Championship tournament in 2021, serving as a bubble hotel for participating teams. Kimberly's extensive experience in the hospitality sector is reflected in her exceptional work with guests, clients, and partner hotels.

Sarah Woller

Sarah joined SiteSearch after spending six years as a director of sales and marketing for both Marriott and Intercontinental Hotels Group Chains. Prior to her hotel experience, Sarah majored in Biology at Bellarmine University. Her passion for hospitality drove her to continue in the hotel industry, ultimately leading her to roles that allowed her to open two select service Marriott properties before joining the team. Knowledge of the industry and customer-centric attitude is a winning combination for her clients and SiteSearch.

Cathy Gotschall

Cathy joined the SiteSearch team in 2018. She is a graduate of Indiana Business College with an Associate’s Degree in Business Management. She has over 20 years of customer service experience in mortgage lending and call center environments. Cathy is a Senior Event Coordinator and manages our event coordinator staff. She is a strong believer in exceptional customer service, and her background has given her the ability to provide outstanding customer service to our hoteliers and teams.

MANAGER OF STAFF DEVELOPMENT

Britney Wilson

Britney joined the Site Search team in 2019 after serving as office manager and other capacities at IHG for over ten years. In addition to hotel experience, She has had six years of call center experience for a widely known electronics company. Her extensive background in the customer service arena is a great fit for Site Search to help ensure our guests have a memorable experience.

Britney is responsible for assisting guests by securing hotel rooms for multiple events over multiple states. She oversees the hotel room needs for sports teams and their families as well as coordinates with hotels for additional rooms if needed. Britney also oversees all staff development, training and support. Ensuring that through training and teamwork, the company’s core values are reinforced. She helps guide staff as we grow; strengthening our knowledge and confidence to handle the goals established for a successful and growing company.

Connor Weimer

Connor Weimer received his Bachelors of Business Administration from Belmont University in 2016, and currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee. He has worked for SiteSearch for the past 3 years concentrating on special projects and administrative tasks.

Angela White

Angela has been a member of the SiteSearch Team since October 2004. She is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a degree in business. Angela possesses over 25 years of experience in the hotel industry, working in all levels of hotel management. Angela handles all accounts receivable functions for SiteSearch. Her focus is in ensuring all invoices are generated in a timely manner to ensure prompt payment of rebates for our clients. During her time with Site Search, Angela has built solid relationships with hotel accounting managers to expedite payments. Her familiarity with various markets and hotels has proven to be of great benefit for SiteSearch.

Darcey Harman

Darcey joined the Site Search team in 2020.  She comes to us with over 30 years experience in accounting and human resources.  Her duties include the day to day bookkeeping, as well as assisting with invoicing and collections.  With her years of experience, Darcey has become a great asset for Site Search.

Margie Rosenberry

Margie joined the SiteSearch team in 2021. She brings with her over 30 years’ experience in the travel and hospitality industry, working in various arenas including travel agencies, meeting planning, and hotels. Most recently she held the position of Business Travel Sales Manager for a downtown corporate hotel in Cincinnati. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Xavier University, Cincinnati, OH. Margie works closely with the Accounts Receivable Manager assisting with invoicing and other accounting duties as needed. Her extensive experience working with hotels coupled with her enjoyment of working with numbers makes her a perfect fit for her role here at SiteSearch.

Barbara Saunders

Barbara joined the Site Search team in 2016 after working at Ronald McDonald House in Cincinnati for over 10 years. In addition, she spent over 10 years in the hotel business working in several positions at the Holiday Inn and Hilton Netherland Plaza as Catering & Sales Manager. Her extensive background in customer service is impeccable. Barbara is responsible for invoicing and making sure invoices are sent out in a timely manner after each tournament.

Allie Padget

Allie comes from the central Indiana area, where she grew up involved in competitive swimming. She graduated from Towson University, MD with a BS in Sociology, with a concentration in Anthropology/Archeology. She joined the Site Search team in January of 2022, after spending many enjoyable years in the veterinary/animal care field. Having also had previous experience in administrative work, she excels at customer care and attention to detail.

Megan Lyons

Megan joined the SiteSearch team in 2023 after dedicating several years to Operations, Management, and Sales positions within the InterContinental Hotels Group. Prior to her training in hospitality, Megan majored in Elementary Education and taught for 7 years, developing many skills which now support her in her role today. Her background in hospitality, teaching, and customer service has been essential as she coordinates with hotels and guests on behalf of one another. She aspires for all guests to walk away with a positive experience, noting the high level of personal care and outstanding service provided to them. As an Event Coordinator, she primarily assists teams and families secure room blocks by collaborating with hotels across the United States. She applies her strengths of customer care and curiosity by striving to anticipate the needs of each party and organizing each team’s housing in a thoughtful and efficient manner.

Hope Gajewski

Hope joined the Site Search team in early 2023. She attained an Associates in Applied Science degree focusing on Marketing & Management from the College of DuPage. After graduating in 1999, she discovered her love of the hospitality industry when she accepted a position at Pheasant Run Resort in the greater Chicagoland area. For more than 20 years, Hope has worked in customer service and management. Always focusing on clear communication and quality of service.

Lauren Strachan

Lauren joined SiteSearch after spending seven years in sales and marketing for several Hilton brands across the Midwest along with opening a boutique family-owned hotel in the central coast of California. Before getting into hotels, she was a wedding planner for two years serving the northern Indiana market. Lauren received her Bachelor's in Hospitality and Tourism Management at Grand Valley State University in 2016. Lauren’s background in hospitality has given her the ability and knowledge to give outstanding service for guests, clients, and partner hotels.

EVENT COORDINATOR

Myra Buys

Myra joined the Site Search team after ten years in various Customer Service positions, first as a waitress then a medical receptionist, now as an event specialist. Her professionalism, attention to detail, as well as personalized approach and devotion to exceeding customer and employee standards alike, make her ideal for this role. Myra works closely with guests to assist them in finding event housing options that are suitable for their needs and goes out of her way to ensure their experience is an enjoyable one.

Talitha Keller

Talitha joined the Site Search team in 2024 bringing with her over 20 years Customer Service experience. She also spent 11 years in the hotel industry in various roles including Front Desk, Administrative Assistant, Management, and Catering & Sales Manager. She works with the Accounting department collecting payments to ensure clients are paid in a timely manner.

Victoria joined SiteSearch in February of 2023. Blake Bradley

Blake joined the Site Search team in 2023 after eight years of Sales, Management, and Operations positions with Marriott. While pursuing her career in the hospitality industry, Blake majored in Hospitality Administration at Ivy Tech Community College. 

Blake’s background in hospitality has given her the ability to build relationships with her clients and all tournament guests, while also building a strong foundation with our partner hotels.

Kellsey Reeves

Kellsey joined the Site Search team in 2017 after dabbling on the event management side and working for a huge prominent racing company in Indianapolis. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from Indiana University where she attended college. Kellsey's background with sports and event planning gives her a unique perspective of understanding how event planning works and allows her to better understand her clients needs.
