We define a successful event by ensuring all room nights generated by the event are captured, the participants and their travel companions have a positive booking experience, their travel accommodations are satisfactory and Rights Holders receive the best rebates available in each market.

Your dedicated Travel Liaison secures everything your team needs based on your travel plans! They contract all necessary lodging accommodations, research and book any air or ground transportation, work though stay-to-play mandates for the events you’re attending or venues you’re visiting, and so much more!
Customized Booking Platform
State of the art technology, designed for team travel, allows team managers or coaches to send out a unique link (at no cost or risk) to parents to book on their own. You will have the ability to monitor who is reserving within the block and send friendly reminders.
Stay-to-Play Tracking
We track every overnight visiting team and the number of reservations made.
If teams aren’t complying with the Stay to Play policy, we’ll notify you to see how you would like to move forward.
